About ReLease

We're a financial technology company on a mission to bring flexibility to the apartment leasing experience.

Renters’ lives today are less predictable than they used to be. We’re moving more frequently, often for great new professional opportunities.

But we struggle with leases that are inflexible—confusing and expensive to leave. More than 3 million US leases are broken early each year, driving millions of dollars of fees for renters, while creating uncertain collections and surprise vacancies for managers and landlords.

Lease breaks lead to frustration, resentment, unwanted expenses, and administrative burden for all parties.

We fix these problems. All of them. For everyone.

Our mission is to give renters the opportunity to leave their lease at any time, without breakage or other fees with an experience that is simple, painless and liberating.

We do this by making it effortlessly simple for landlords to launch their own Lease Release Program without spending a dime.
